On Wednesday, April 7 at 12:34 p.m. EDT, SpaceX launched 60 Starlink satellites on a Falcon 9 first stage booster from SLC-40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
SpaceX has sent more than 1,300 of the internet-beaming satellites into orbit so far, in an initiative to complete its targeted initial constellation of 1,440 spacecraft. SpaceX has been testing the space-based internet service, and plans to do a commercial rollout this year.
